This class will cover everything from basic woodworking with hand tools to cutting glass to archival matting for artwork.

Beginning with traditional forms of drawing, this 4-week class will start by teaching comparative measurement, and the basic techniques artists have used to draw for hundreds of years.

Using printmaking paper and Golden Open Acrylics, you’ll learn how to create rich, layered images through both additive marks (painting and drawing directly on the plate) and reductive techniques (wiping, lifting, and masking from an inked plate).
