Join our team of experts for a Butchery class that is dedicated to the Alternative Cuts of Meat that are perfect for backyard grilling. They will be showing three very different and unique ways to prepare and grill three offcuts of meat. Join in as we teach the secrets to preparing the perfect Beef Coulotte, Lamb Ribs and Pork Paillard and if you dare, you will even be able to try your hands at it!
