Wolfgang Puck’s The CUT Opens at Rosewood Hotel

The newly reopened Rosewood Washington DC hotel just unveiled an evolved version of Wolfgang Puck’s CUT.

In addition to signature steaks, the restaurant will feature more unique Mid-Atlantic dishes–from sweet corn tortelloni, to Virginia black bass, and Maryland crab risotto–plus a cocktail and bar program that spotlights more than 11 local distilleries. The hotel’s newly redesigned rooftop bar and lounge, CUT Above, also debuted this month, with panoramic views of the city and plush furniture. Menu highlights include Maine diver scallops,hand-cut steak tartare, and Maine lobster rolls–plus several signature cocktails.
