The Art of Living with Art

Join The Corner for The Art of Living with Art on Wednesday, October 28 from 6pm – 8:30pm. Begin your evening at Addison/Ripley Fine Art (1670 Wisconsin Ave NW) and join private dealers and gallery owners for a conversation about art selection, curation, and working with galleries to find the art you will love to live with. Whether it’s your first work or you’re adding to a collection, they’ll answer questions that can stop anyone in their tracks. Afterward, head downstairs to StudioLab RD to learn the art of mixing. Watch as experts in the field – from an artist to an interior designer – transform interior vignettes in real time, changing art, furniture, color, scale, and styling to reveal how each choice shifts a space.

In other art news, O Street Collection (3213 O St NW) is hosting an afternoon event on Sunday, October 25 from 4pm – 5pm with award-winning urban painter Patrick Seufert. Meet Patrick, see his work up close, and hear directly from the artist about the places, details and stories that inspire his paintings.
