Shop Made in DC Opens in Georgetown

Shop Made in DC, the first brick and mortar store stocked exclusively with DC brands, opened a new location in Georgetown at 1242 Wisconsin Ave NW.

Curated by Stacey Price of People Make Place, the retail-focused location will feature 100 makers, 26 of which are brand new–including street artist Absurdly Well, a new all-natural skin care line (District Batch), and a line of fashion designers including Meghan Evans, Mimi Miller and Hugh & Crye. Evergreen makers include Cherry Blossom Creative, Bailiwick Clothing and Kicheko Jewelry. The space will also feature a window mural and five mini art gallery walls by local artists, and host classes and workshops.
