Plans Move Forward on Stephen Starr Restaurant

According to plans filed with DC’s Historic Preservation Review Board, Stephen Starr’s new Italian restaurant will be opening in the former Dean and DeLuca space (3270 M St NW) as early as August 2023. The 312-seat restaurant will include mozzarella and prosciutto bars, and an oval cocktail bar. In addition to a main dining room, mezzanine and solarium seating will be available, with a grocery area in the front. Starr is behind DC institution Le Diplomate, as well as St. Anselm.
