New Restaurant Celebrating Grand Opening

JINYA Ramen Bar is celebrating its grand opening on Friday, January 23 at 1525 Wisconsin Ave NW. The restaurant is known for its six signature broths that are simmered for over 20 hours with pork bones, chicken or vegetables, plus other classic Japanese ingredients. In addition to ramen, JINYA is known for its Aburi Oshi-Sushi Salmon with spicy serrano chilies, plus other tapas and craft cocktails – including their Lycheetinis.
