GLOW Begins April 9; Meet the Artists in Georgetown!

After a year spent largely in the confines of our own homes, we’re feeling a little like Tom Hanks at the end of Castaway. If you’re more comfortable conversing with a volleyball than a human, resharpen your social skills and meet the artists behind your favorite Spring GLOW artworks! Nearly every weekend during Georgetown’s free outdoor light art experience, April 9 – June 27, select artists will be stationed at their installations from 7 pm – 9 pm to answer all of your questions. Stop by and learn what inspired their piece, how long it took to create something so Insta-worthy, and just how many lights, wires, and other materials went into their work.
