July 4 Rooftop Celebration

Join CUT Above (1050 31st St NW) for a July 4 rooftop celebration on Saturday from 5 pm – midnight. Enjoy caviar, seafood, and wagyu stations (mini wagyu hot dogs!), a grilled fish display, and small plates including Maryland soft shell crab, roasted corn and tomato salad, and gem and peach salad. For dessert, don’t miss the cookie sandwich with espresso martini ice cream, blueberry crumble pie, and lemon meringue tart. Premium craft cocktails and beverages will be served along with sommelier-curated wine selections, including Champagne and premium spirits. CUT Above’s live resident DJ, DJ Niels, will be there all night, and the festivities will culminate with an incredible view of the fireworks.
