Clean Team Employee of the Month

Our Clean Team members are truly the unsung heroes of the BID — working 363 days a year to keep Georgetown looking its best. We’ve started a new Employee of the Month initiative to ensure this team is getting the recognition it deserves.

The June 2026 Clean Team Employee of the Month is Victor Fields! Victor has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership by maintaining operational expectations despite working with an understaffed crew. He has repeatedly stepped up by working numerous overtime shifts and willingly taking on additional responsibilities to ensure daily operations continued without disruption. His commitment, reliability, and willingness to lead by example have been instrumental in keeping the team productive and maintaining high standards. Thank you, Victor, for your exceptional dedication and continued commitment to the team’s success.
