IWA Sake Pairing

TFI will be doing a 4-course dinner, to be paired with 4 different expressions of Sake.

Brand representative Brenton Blanchard will be on hand to discuss and provide information about the sake. IWA Sake is the brainchild of Richard Geoffroy, the former Chef de Cave of Dom Perignon for roughly 30 years. This event also celebrates international Sake month.
