The 4-Course Graduation Celebration Menu (Serves 4 for $320) includes Chilled Spring Green Gazpacho with Jumbo Lump Crab, Avocado, Sorrel, and Pickled Green Tomatoes; our housemade Ricotta Cavatelli “al Forno” with Truffle Pecorino Fonduta and Pane Fritto; the Fiola Mare Prime Rib with Mustard and Spice Crusted Prime Rib Roast of Beef with a Salad of French Green Beans, Cherry Tomatoes, and Tarragon Dressing, and Olive Oil Crushed Yukon Gold Potatoes with Sea Salt and Parsley.
