Celebrate New Year’s Eve and Day at The Graham Georgetown
The Graham Georgetown has a number of events and offerings to close out 2019 and help guests celebrate the start of 2020.
Enjoy New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Alex Speakeasy with a $75pp three-course prix fixe menu at 6:30pm. Choose from a number of starters like butternut squash bisque, baby beet kale salad, or firecracker shrimp. Main entrée options include honey baked trout, braised short rib, and dry aged pork chop. Sweeten the deal with a number of dessert options as well as a complimentary champagne toast.
Celebrate the Roaring 2020’s at The Alex Speakeasy with an all-inclusive celebration including live performance from Blue Dot Jazz Troupe, a full open bar, midnight toast, and shareable small plates like prime rib skewers, pork buns, pan-seared scallops, and wild mushroom tart, throughout the evening. A display of desserts will be available for those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth.
Those wanting to take the party to elevated heights are invited to attend The Rooftop’s Bubbles & Bow Ties celebration. For an all-inclusive ticket, guests can enjoy a full open bar and bubbles bar, champagne toast at midnight, four food stations, and tunes from DJ Banks, all within a heated tented space with spectacular views. Food stations include a prime rib carving station, truffle and wild mushroom risotto station, flatbreads, desserts and more.
Kick the new year off right with a hangover brunch on January 1 at The Alex Speakeasy. Enjoy $1 mimosas throughout the meal with purchase of an entrée. Offerings include smoked salmon toast, Chesapeake benedict, vegetable frittata, steak & eggs, and more.
