Bike to Work Day
Each May, nearly 17,000 area commuters celebrate bicycling as a clean, fun and healthy way to get to work during. The Georgetown BID sponsors a “pit stop” in Georgetown Waterfront Park where commuters can enjoy complimentary refreshments, snacks and bicycle-themed giveaways.
Chain Reaction at Brompton Junction DC
This workshop will provide a basic understanding of bicycle maintenance and techniques to fix common problems. Topics include performing safety checks, oiling your chain and utilizing your Brompton toolkit.
