Behind the Neapolitan pizza there is an art, that unites a unique process of preparation, best ingredients and the skills of a pizza maker. To keep the perfect cooking temperature up to 900`F we got a specially crafted oven with a baking surface made of a volcanic lava stone brought from Vesuvio, Italy. To follow the traditional approach it takes us more than 48 hours to prepare the dough. But it will take only 90 second in the oven to finish the preparation and serve it to you.
