Greg is dedicated to making traveling to and around Georgetown easy, safe, affordable and fun so everyone can enjoy all the neighborhood has to offer. As the BID’s Transportation Director, he manages transportation planning and projects that address short and long-term opportunities and challenges in a collaborative approach. Prior to joining the BID, Greg served as the Executive Director and in other roles for more than a decade at the Washington Area Bicyclist Association working to creating a safer Washington region for people walking and biking. Greg received a Bachelors of Science in Communication from Cornell University with focus areas in sustainability and information sciences. He lives in Petworth, DC with his spouse and two young children and can be found at the many playgrounds, parks, and trails.
