Who’s the Georgetown Heart Bandit?!

Has anyone noticed we’ve got a Heart Bandit in Georgetown?! On Monday morning, paper hearts had popped up on every storefront, “sending out love from the Heart Bandit” – and making the commercial district a little brighter this month. If you see any hearts while you’re in Georgetown, post them using #heartbandit. Any guesses who Cupid could be?! (We’re really, really hoping it’s Idris Elba.)
