Kyojin will open early next year at 3315 Cady’s Alley NW, in the former L2 space. The 130-seat restaurant will be helmed by Bangkok-born chef Saran “Peter” Kannasute, who is known for his sushi and omakase menus – with fresh fish flown in overnight from Japan. Kyojin’s menu will also feature hot izakaya. The space will be designed by Miami-based Francois Frossard Design, to include a sushi bar and sake tasting counter. Stay tuned for an opening date!
