New Pop-up Crêperie Opens in Georgetown

A new pop-up crêperie called Tinette’s opened today at Bar à Vin (1035 31st Street NW, next door to Chez Billy Sud). Stop by for galettes de blé noir (buckwheat crêpes), the iconic Breton street food. The seasonal menu includes sweet and savory varieties, and a curated list of coffee, tea, cidre de normandie, and wine on tap. Try a banana and nutella crêpe, or opt for the savory Complète, with smoked Virginia ham, emmental cheese, and a sunny side egg. The pop-up is open Thursday – Sunday, 10 am – 3 pm.
