New Market, Cafe & Coffee Shop Coming to Georgetown

Vigilante coffee and locally made pastries, wine tastings, corner-store basics, nearly 100 types of beer, wine and spirits, and the food of Instagram dreams — from elote avocado toast and grain bowls, to prepared meals like the Impossible Korean beef bulgogi. We’re talking about Foxtrot, the Chicago-based market / cafe / coffee shop that’s opening in Georgetown this May at 1267 Wisconsin Ave. App-based deliveries will be available, and the cafe will seat up to 50 people.
