Digital-first beauty company Glossier is opening a new store in Georgetown on Friday, July 29 at 3065 M St NW. Founded in 2014, Glossier’s mission is to create the products customers say they wish existed. The new, immersive location is inspired by the Jet Age and all things aviation, according to the company, and will feature retro-inspired arrivals and departures signs, floor lighting styled like an airport runway, and seating modeled after airplane wings. The store will also include Glossier’s famous selfie room. Stop by and sample Glossier’s skincare, fragrance, makeup, and body care products, and speak with on-site product experts. New to the Georgetown location, customers can also buy a Glossier luggage tag with a key ring that has your own Glossier Wings; 5% of sales will be donated to Build Metro DC, an organization that works with youth to build career success and opportunity.
