Georgetown French Market Returns April 29 – May 1

General   •   April 1, 2022

The 19th annual Georgetown French Market is returning Friday, April 29 – Sunday, May 1. The free event will be located along Wisconsin Avenue between O Street and Reservoir Road in the Book Hill section of Georgetown, with temporarily widened sidewalks for a more comfortable visitor experience. More than 30 neighborhood boutiques, antique stores, restaurants, salons and galleries will display their discounted wares for up to 75% off at the inviting open-air market, originally inspired by the outdoor markets in France. Neighborhood restaurants will also offer food and drink specials featuring French cuisine and beyond – from pastries, croissants and macarons, to grilled lunch items, and wine discounts. On Saturday and Sunday, families are encouraged to bring the kids and enjoy music, strolling entertainment, a pop-up book sale, and more.
