Georgetown Butcher (3210 Grace St NW) is re-vamping its operations – now offering weekly call, text, or email communications with the opportunity to ask for suggestions, get your usual, or place a custom order. As the staff gets to know you, they’ll create a personal profile that helps you set it, then forget it. Georgetown Butcher is also offering a larger selection of meats – from locally raised Black Angus to Japanese Wagyu, wild-caught seafood, domestic lamb, Virginia veal, and pork exclusively raised and processed in the Shenandoah Valley. Locally grown produce rounds out the selection.
