Free Pilates with Purpose Class

Georgetown Neighborhood Library (3260 R St NW) is hosting a free Pilates with Purpose class on Monday, November 3 from 9:30am – 10:30am. Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and restore your balance – both physically and mentally. Participants will be guided through low-impact movements that support core stability, joint mobility, and mindful breathing. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned mover, this class offers a supportive space to reconnect with your body, build resilience, and leave feeling refreshed.
