‘Fete de la Musique’ Call for Musicians

Calling all musicians: You have until Monday, May 18 to apply to perform in Georgetown’s third edition of Fête de la Musique – Make Music Day on Saturday, June 20! Georgetown Heritage Arts, the Georgetown BID, and the Embassy of France – Villa Albertine are seeking singers, church choirs, jazz combos, rock bands, glee clubs, marching bands, mariachis, DJs, and musicians of all genres, ages, and skill levels to take part in this worldwide celebration of the summer solstice. In Georgetown, musical acts will perform in 10+ locations throughout the commercial district (4pm – 8pm), or at one of two stages at the French Embassy (7:30pm – 11:30pm).
