Art and Jewelry Exhibit Open Through Nov. 11

Join Jewelers’Werk Galerie (3319 Cady’s Alley NW) on Saturday, October 22 for the opening of Rives Cosmiques, an exhibition of new and recent work by artist-jeweler Nevin Arig. The show – the title of which translates to Cosmic Shores – is a collection of necklaces, brooches, and earrings that reference the universe and its galactic bodies. The geometric shapes and vibrant colors hint at Arig’s earlier training in graphic design and serve as celestial hieroglyphics of sorts. The exhibition will be on display through November 11.
