The Fountain Inn x Bethel Heights Wine Dinner

The Fountain Inn will host an exclusive two-night culinary collaboration on Wednesday, August 6, and Thursday, August 7 at 7 pm as Executive Chef Greg Heitzig welcomes visiting Chef Samuel Meoño of Portland’s acclaimed Ava Gene’s for a six-course wine dinner celebrating the height of the summer season. Known for its Italian-inspired, farm-driven cuisine, each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Oregon’s renowned Bethel Heights Vineyard, with Cameron Casenhiser of the Bethel Heights winery team guiding guests through each pairing while sharing stories from the vineyard, cellar, and winemaking process.
