Drawing for the Everyday Overthinker With Nick Cruz Villeman
Saturday, June 3 – 11:00-12:00 pm

Overthinking is a common trait, but does it generate real solutions or just real anxiety, and what can we do about it? This workshop examines how overthinking appears in our everyday lives, how it blinds us to the present moment, and how a regular drawing practice could be a remedy. Participants will:

  • learn simple drawing activities they can do anywhere, anytime they need a mental break.
  • experience how the senses ground us in the present moment,
  • develop a better understanding what it means and feels like to be an overthinker,
  • and identify how overthinking can be harnessed into a superpower.

$35, please bring a pencil & 6-8 blank sheets of paper ( 8.5″ x11,” or a sketchbook with these dimensions) class limited to 15, ages 18 and up, no experience necessary.
