Halcyon Arts Lab Workshop: Smash Therapy

A two-day workshop focusing on the construction and deconstruction of word pinatas. Through group exercises, participants will identify common threads of tension in their lives and society, collectively selecting a word or phrase to represent those tensions. Channeling that energy of frustration and hope, on the final day participants will destroy the created symbol as a therapeutic release. Designed for ages 15 + years.
