For the Dinner at the Chef’s Table series, Via Umbria serves a single fixed menu each night (with a vegetarian offering possible with advance request) and have one seating at 7 pm. All guests sit communally at one table. Each course is served at the same time and our Chef will join you at every course to describe what has been prepared and to answer any questions you may have. Every seat is a seat at the chef’s table.
