Aesop Queer Reading Room

The Aesop Queer Library will open its doors for the first time in DC for a limited time from Wednesday June 4th through Sunday June 8th. The 2025 edition of the library celebrates the vibrant vocabularies crafted by LGBTQIA2S+ communities, showcasing the power of language as both a shelter and a declaration of defiance.

This year we are again supporting the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation (ACLU) – an organization instrumental in advocating for freedom of speech and expression.

All are invited in to Aesop Georgetown to select a complimentary book to take home – no purchase required – while stocks last.
