Our Chef and Owner Nicholas Stefanelli has a Michelin restaurant called Masseria, and also has a restaurant called Officina that is at the Wharf. He has taken the Officina concept and moved it into the Via Umbria Space.
Offerings include a mercato, cafe and trattoria (menus available for pick-up or delivery via Tock), and Via Umbria ceramics. Officina Provisions provide a weekly delivery of fresh produce, meal kits, butcher box (vegetarian option is also available), breads and other Italian specialty items. Deliveries for Georgetown are every Wednesday, and weekly menu's come out every Sunday for the coming week. An Officina Picnic Kit includes our favorite salumi, preserves, and snacks, and is ideal for two guests. Kits can be ordered in the market or ahead via Tock or Toast.
We have a full market open with Italian specialties, daily fresh bread, fresh pasta, food to go, coffee, wine, and much more. Guests can either walk-in, book a private shopping experience, or order ahead using Toast for pickup. Some table seating also available for dining.
