Situated in the lobby level of the Ritz-Carlton hotel, Degrees bar & lounge has been designed to capture the history of the incinerator. Featuring the exposed brick walls dating back to the 1930's, black slate floors and a long sleek 25 seat bar, Degrees invokes the nostalgic feeling of popular clubs and lounges of the 1940's. Degrees serves a classic cocktail menu with a contemporary twist including the hotel's signature drink the Fahrenheit Five martini.
