We are extremely excited to be welcoming the winemakers from Remo Farina Winery, who in 2015 were named "Best Italian Wine Producer of the Year", to join us for a special wine dinner here at Via Umbria. Our Executive Chef, Liam LaCivita, has created a masterful menu that celebrates not only the unique flavors of the Veneto region, but also perfectly compliments the delicate flavors of the Farina wines. From start to finish, this will be an unforgettable dining experience with the regional casunsei pasta followed by the peppercorn crusted lamb loin. The winemaker will join you at the table at every course to describe what has been prepared and what wine has been paired, and to answer any questions you may have. For our Dinners, we serve a single fixed menu each night (with a vegetarian offering possible with advance request) and have one seating at 7:00pm. All guests sit communally at one table. Each course is served at the same time and our Chef will join you at every course to describe what has been prepared and to answer any questions you may have. Every seat is a seat at the chef's table.
