Central Italy offers its own delicacies to highlight, so we have created a menu that pays tribute to these special flavors that are present in Central Italian regions in September. This menu celebrates food from the natural center of Italy, a mix that yields sweet delicacies from the sea with the finest meats and freshest produce from the land. The Prosciutto Toscano, Pecorino Toscano and Lobster all represent Tuscany while the Handmade Cappelletti pays homage to the gastronomical powerhouse of Emilia-Romgana, with all the dishes creating splendor for everyone involved! You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions. Each Dinner at the Chef's Table is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the things we value here at Via Umbria: great food, great wine, great people!

Dietary accommodations and vegetarian options are always available, please let us know when you book.

For our Dinner at the Chef's Table series, we serve a single fixed menu each night (with a vegetarian offering possible with advance request) and have one seating at 7:00pm. All guests sit communally at one table. Each course is served at the same time and our Chef will join you at every course to describe what has been prepared and to answer any questions you may have. Every seat is a seat at the chef's table.
