We have created this fresh, simple and amazingly delicious menu of Spring Umbrian classics that will prove that the original way is, in fact, the best. Join us for this a delightful Umbrian menu that includes hand made Umbrian Tagliatelle pasta with the season’s best Fava beans, followed by succulent pan roasted tenderloin with Spring greens, guaranteed to be a meal you are not soon to forget. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions. For our Dinner at the Chef's Table series, we serve a single fixed menu each night (with a vegetarian offering possible with advance request) and have one seating at 7:00pm. All guests sit communally at one table. Each course is served at the same time and our Chef will join you at every course to describe what has been prepared and to answer any questions you may have. Every seat is a seat at the chef's table.
