Cooking Class: Pasta & Dessert at Via Umbria

Step into our Laboratorio Demonstration Kitchen where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class taught by our very own Chef Liam LaCivita. Chef Liam will demonstrate how to make pasta by hand and will prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself and as a bonus you will also have the opportunity to create one of our signature desserts. This week’s menu features a modern twist on the classic Carbonara by using tagliatelle pasta and adding tomatoes and corn, followed by Blueberry Olive Oil Cake with the chance afterwards to enjoy your handiwork. Beer, wine and bottomless prosecco will be available for purchase to enjoy during the class and with your meal. Wine and Beer will be available for purchase throughout the duration of the class.

This Class begins at 7:00pm unless otherwise listed and guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes ahead of time to allow for check-in. All guests planning to consume alcohol must have valid government-issued identification. Menus are subject to slight change due to market availability and any dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
