Step into our kitchen to celebrate the arrival of spring and the blooming of the Cherry where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class where we will demonstrate how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself and as a bonus you will also have the opportunity to create one of our signature desserts. This week’s menu features Tagliolini with Spring Vegetables and Lemon Emulsion , followed by Marasca Cherry Olive Oil Cake with Cherry Gelato, with the chance afterwards to enjoy your handiwork. Beer, wine and bottomless prosecco will be available for purchase to enjoy during the class and with your meal.
