He will be showing the unique ways to prepare and serve three delicious but different sausages: Pugliese Lamb Grilling Sausage, Fontina stuffed and Birra Perugia IPA Sausage and Smoked Pork Sausage. Join in as Chef Liam teaches the secrets to preparing three different sausages, and if you dare, you will even be able to try your hands at it!
