Our Executive Chef, Liam LaCivita, is dedicating this butchery class to his and everyone’s favorite food for warm weather and outdoor cooking: Sausage. He will be showing the unique ways to prepare and serve three delicious but different sausages: Pugliese Lamb Grilling Sausage, Fontina stuffed and Birra Perugia IPA Sausage and Smoked Pork Sausage. Join in as Chef Liam teaches the secrets to preparing three different sausages, and if you dare, you will even be able to try your hands at it! The butchering demonstration will be followed by a tasting of some of our handiwork, so don’t miss out and buy your tickets today!

This Class begins at 7:30pm unless otherwise listed and guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes ahead of time to allow for check-in. All guests planning to consume alcohol must have valid government-issued identification. Menus are subject to slight change due to market availability.
