Help Our Executive Chef, Liam LaCivita, welcome the spring with his butchery class dedicated to his and everyone’s favorite spring fowl: Chicken. He will be showing off three unique methods to prepare and serve classic Italian chicken: Pollo al Mattone, Fried Tuscan Style and Chicken in the style of Porchetta. Join in as Chef Liam teaches the secrets to preparing these Chickens, and if you dare, you will even be able to try your hands at it! The butchering demonstration will be followed by a tasting of some of our handiwork, so don’t miss out and buy your tickets today!

This Class begins at 7:30pm unless otherwise listed and guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes ahead of time to allow for check-in. All guests planning to consume alcohol must have valid government-issued identification. Menus are subject to slight change due to market availability.
