House Butcher Scott Weiss and Executive Chef Liam LaCivita team up to put on an exhibition of the art of butchery that will prepare you for Easter. Join in as we butcher a whole lamb from nose to tail featuring the Lamb-centric secrets to preparing recipes for specialties such as Lambchetta, Lamb Ragu, Lamb Involtini. The butchering demonstration will be followed by a tasting of some of our handiwork, so don’t miss out and buy your tickets today!

This Class begins at 7:30pm unless otherwise listed and guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes ahead of time to allow for check-in. All guests planning to consume alcohol must have valid government-issued identification. Menus are subject to slight change due to market availability.
