Butchering isn’t all about red meat, which is why Chef Liam LaCivita wants to explore the famous Italian sea bass, Branzino! We are excited to be leading this Butchery class that is dedicated to three unique ways to butcher and prepare Branzino! We will be showcasing how to create the Whole Branzino in Salt, Poached Branzino and Sauteed Branzino.
