Our Executive Chef, Liam LaCivita, is excited to be leading a Butchery class that is dedicated to the most important summer pastime: Barbeque! He will be showcasing three different types of poultry and the unique ways to prepare these different birds on the barbeque, including Grilled Quail, Grilled Squab and Grilled Poussin. Join in as Liam teaches the secrets to preparing these delicious birds on the barbeque, and if you dare, you will even be able to try your hands at it! The butchering demonstration will be followed by a tasting of some of our handiwork, so don’t miss out and buy your tickets today!

This Class begins at 7:30pm unless otherwise listed and guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes ahead of time to allow for check-in. All guests planning to consume alcohol must have valid government-issued identification. Menus are subject to slight change due to market availability.
