Our Executive Chef, Liam LaCivita, is excited to be leading a Butchery class that is dedicated to the most important summer pastime: Barbeque! He will be showcasing three different types of poultry and the unique ways to prepare these different birds on the barbeque, including Grilled Quail, Grilled Squab and Grilled Poussin. Join in as Liam teaches the secrets to preparing these delicious birds on the barbeque, and if you dare, you will even be able to try your hands at it!
